The Bridge Between the Locker Room and the Boardroom.
In college athletics, there is often a disconnect. Coaches are focused on recruiting and winning. Administrators are focused on budgets and compliance. They want the same things—resources and championships—but they speak different languages.
I speak both.
I spent 20+ years as a Division I Women’s Basketball Coach, serving on staffs at six different D1 programs, eight overall. I know the pressure of the hot seat, the grind of recruiting, and the urgency of needing resources now.
I also transitioned to the other side of the desk as a Major Gift Fundraiser, managing a $10M capital campaign and cultivating over $125M in potential gifts. I know the patience required for donor stewardship and the systems needed for sustainable revenue.
Now, I use that dual experience to help Athletic Directors and Coaches build revenue systems that actually work. I don't just hand you a feasibility report; I train your staff to fish, bridging the gap between potential and predictable revenue.
